I'm splitting a 5 gallon batch of stout in half....I want to add cocoa nibs, cold-extracted coffee, and vanilla bean to 2.5 gallons.

My recipe for 5 gallons calls for 1/2 lb of coffee, 4oz of cocoa nibs soaked in vodka overnight, and 3 vanilla beans that have been cut and split and also soaked in vodka.

If I'm decreasing the volume of beer from 5 gallons to 2.5 gallons, should I also scale the quantities of coffee, cocoa nibs, and vanilla beans by 50% to get the same flavor profiles?

I would, keeping it the same will lead to some fairly overpowering flavors going on! Sounds pretty awesome though :)
