I am looking for a CO2 line quick disconnet that can connect directly to carboy cap. I saw this in a tutorial youtube video on closed transfers, I posted the link to the video below and the type of quick disconnect I am looking for is shown at the 6:52 mark on the video.

get a carbacap, but stainless steel version. Like this:

It's not what the guy in the video is using, but this is a better solution.

Also, he leaves plenty of oxygen in contact with beer using this technique. You can do better.

What I use is a standard ball lock gas post with a post adapter leading to a 1/4" barb with an MFL threaded base, and looks like this:

All parts can be had from chicompany.net, just be sure to match the post adapter threads to the desired gas post - and don't forget the flare gasket.

fwiw, I never set keg and carboy at the same level during a "push".
The carboy sits on a standard bench while the keg sits on the floor.
Very little pressure is required once the siphon starts.
Just enough flow to keep the head space pressure equalized as the volume slowly increases.
So the needle barely comes off the stop...

Cheers!

[edit] I actually use that same SS carb cap with 2 liter soda bottles.
Works great - and while it might be a bit wobbly in this application with its weight, it'd likely work fine.
