Howdy again all. I'm putting together a buy list from North Country Malt, and I had a quick question. Does anyone have experience with using Canada Malting Company's malts? They seem to be quite a bit less expensive than some of the others. I'm getting a sack of Pale Ale malt specifically for Ed's Haus Pale Ale recipe. I've used Munton's pale malt in the past with great results. Any recommendations here for me?
