Health wise, ya it's fine to drink. If there is a lot of gunk that comes out I might dump the first pint. Your picture looks fine to drink. As less stuff is sucked up the better it will taste and the more clear it will become.

Wow quick responses!!! Thanks I'm already on my 4th glass. Still a little hops floating around but taste good. I cold crashed but moved the keg before I tapped it and didn't let it settle out. Just got home from work and I'm thirsty!!!

Worst thing that can happen is that it will make you a little gassy.
