I just bought a converted keg but it has an ugly black spot in the bottom. I tried a soak in C-brite but the stain is still there. Has anyone seen/dealt with this before? Here is a picture:
looks like someone did a little weld job to me. was there a hole or something ? You can clean it with a green scrubby and let it sit a few days to passivate
My neighbor and I are good buddies, his company does SS cleaning and passivating for places like Phizer... I can get anything cleaned by walking across the street!
