cleaning inside of keggle

Ok...i'm converting my first keg into a kettle and need to know how to clean and sanitize the inside of the keggle from the paint thiner chemicals,flux, and soldering....will just scrubbing it with soap to the trick? or do i need to use a certain type of cleaner to get rid of the chemicals....i don't want my first batch of brew to taste all funky! thanks

Ditto. After working with the SS you want to repassivate it (so I'm told). BKF helps to do this.

I didn't think my keg was dirty until i gave it a once over with Barkeepers Friend and a scrubby. I could not believe the difference after. I use it all the time now.

BKF is amazing stuff since asking the same question you just asked about a year ago the wife and I have found tons of uses for it around the house.
