So I recently brewed an extract ale recipe with a large amount of citrus added to the boil. I kegged a majority of it, but I bottled a few of them as well to give out.
I tried both the kegged version and the bottled version, and the bottled version is significantly more citrusy than the kegged version. I was going for the strong citrus flavor, so I'm pretty disappointed that it is missing from the keg.
Is there anything that could account for this discrepancy?
