Just put my citra wit beer in secondary on Friday. It was in primary for 6 days. Last time I made this is was cherry. Perfect beer. But didn't take notes on secondary length. Any suggestions on how long I should secondary this thing? Simplest recipe. Only 10 lbs 2-row and 10 lbs German wheat malt.
