Anyone have a good recipe for a simple cider that's not too sweet?

Wifey wants a cider on tap, and likes Crispin, but would prefer something slightly less sweet if possible.

Any recommendations?

Must cinders we unless you backsweeten and stabilize.

I think what he/she is trying to say is that most cider recipes (NOT the caramel apple one ;) ) on here end up pretty dry and unsweet (in time).

Mine came out pretty good and dry. You can actually drink more than 1 or 2 and your stomach won't go sour.

5 gal fresh pressed cider (or whatever. we pressed our own apples)
2.5 lbs brown sugar (light or dark. We did a mix of both)
2.5 lbs white sugar
1 packet of red star champagne yeast

Took about 5 weeks or so and my family came over and cleared out everything I had bottled.

Cheap, easy, good, and my first recipe I had the opportunity to share. I would have to guess something like it is probably already up on the board. I just got this one from an old timer.
