That's pretty close to the going rate. A shop near me sells the inline SS chugger for $140 and the center inlet for $146.

They ran a sale in December (10% off) and one in February (15% off center inlet), but I don't think there's anything current. (I actually bought one in the December promotion, but after paying $15 shipping it really only saved me a couple bucks relative to buying local.)
