8oz crystal 60
8oz chocolate pale malt
8oz chocolate wheat malt
8oz black patent
#1 lactose
2oz northern brewer at 60

Secondary with 4oz cocoa nibs and 2 vanilla beans for 2-4 weeks


Toast oats in oven at 300 until they begin to color up to give off a nutty oatmeal cookie flavor

Mash at 154

Ferment at 66 for 1 month
