Looking for some feedback on a recipe I am putting together. I want to keep it on the chocolate smooth side and potentially secondary it with coconut or another adjunct (not sure yet). Was wondering if a darker caramel would be better and potentially using crystal malts. Any feedback is welcome! TIA!
