Hi all,

My cherry wheat from 6 months ago is overcarbed due to the cherry extract. Its been in the bottle for over 4 months and it is actually uncomfortable to drink...its like supercharged champagne. Anything I can do to tone it down? The flavor is good, so I really want to drink it.

This has happened to me as well and the solution is as simple as pouring the glass 5 minutes before you want to drink it.
