New member here! 'm Jaret from Wilmington, Delaware and I've been brewing for about 9 months now. I recently started to become more interested in learning as much as I can about brewing and this place seems to be the place to do it. I work at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant in Wilmington and brew with two amigos under the name of ****ty Dudes Brewing.
We've brewed a couple half mash and extract brews such as a Black IPA, a Nelson Belgian IPA, Citra DIPA, Baltic Porter and our original recipe Red Ale dubbed "The Menstruale." Our first all grain beer, named "The Blumpkin Ale" (black pumpkin ale) will be bottled tomorrow. I'm looking forward to being around more often and soaking up as much brew as I, and my liver, can hold.
