After a couple of years of curiosity, a few months of casual research and a couple of weeks of serious reading, I just picked up a homebrew kit this morning. So excited to get my feet wet this weekend.

Welcome from about 2 hours south. Any good homebrew shops up there?

Aside from a good reputation, I don't know anything about them, but we have:

My Old Kentucky Homebrew which is close to downtown on Story Ave

&

Winemakers and Beermakers Supply on Westport Rd in the East End. This one is 2 miles from my house and next door to my gym.

Another Louisville semi-newbie here. We have My Old Kentucky Homebrew downtown which is a pretty legit store and always helpful. There is another one I've heard but never been to it.

There is one off Westport road and hurstbourne she a really nice lady that runs it but a little pricy compared to the other place!
