5 gallon batch approx 70% efficiency

Grain bill:
german pilsner 6#
crystal 20L 1#
lager 6#
vienna 1#

hops:
liberty 1oz 60min
libery .5oz 60min
liberty .5oz 15min

WLP833

estimated OG 1.066
estimated FG 1.18

Any thoughts?

My .02 would be to lose most if not all of the crystal and replace it with more base malt. On the base malt I would up the percentage of Vienna to maybe 30-40%. The crystal malt is superfluous in a bock IMO as the higher gravity brew will tend to give you lots of body all by itself and you want this beer to be pretty well attenuated. The extra Vienna will add richness, maltiness and depth to the color of the beer. You IBU number isn't listed but something from the high 20s to low 30s would seem about right.

Ok, I like this. I bumped Vienna up to 5.5#, pilsner down to 2.5# and haven't changed the lager malt. I'm intentionally keeping the color lighter (SRM 6) and the hoppiness down to just above the minimum for this style (IBU 24).

I also jsut realized I did the calculations above with a 77% efficiency, not 70%
