New to the board and home brewing. Started my first brew two weeks ago and wish I'd found this site before I started. You guy's have already answered quite a few of my questions so thanks. Located in Oregon surrounded by some great brews so time to for me to create my own. My goal in brewing is to be able to create some great tasting Old Ales, Strong Ales, Grand Cru's and Barleywines that I love soo much.
