I am part owner of a business in downtown Columbus, I do have a loading dock and forklift available. I know that to order from L.D. Carlson, located in Kent, Ohio, which is where Gentile's and the wine and homebrew shop gets most of their stuff (I believe), you have to have a retail storefront, be approved, because they don't want you to be too close to another distributor, and have to come up with a $2000 prepaid first order. Your account is also reviewed after a year to see if you make the yearly purchase requirements. If the brewery that might help out homebrewer's is the Elevator, my business is about a block away further north down fourth st. than the brewery, not their restaurant, which is on high st.
