Hello HomeBrew Nation, this will be my very first homebrew and I would love some input from those more knowledgeable on the subject. I'm planning on recreating CCB Jai Alai- I love its grapefruit, orange, citrus character while having just enough bitterness to make it balanced. Here is the recipe I will be using.. Let me know what you guys think!
5gallons:
9lbs Golden malt extract
.5 columbus (60min)
.75oz cascade (15min)
.5oz columbus (15min)
.5oz centennial (15min)
.5oz amarillo (Flameout)
.25 cascade (Flameout)
DH:
2oz Simcoe
Wyeast 1968
