So, I decided to double my output and get a beer going in my pail as well as my glass carboy. I knew it might foam over in the carboy, and it did...

I was concerned that the airlock and top of the carboy were covered in beer foam. I thought maybe this exposed foam would lead to bacterial all over the airlock and top of the carboy? Thus making it likely to make it into my beer.

So I took the airlock off, cleaned out the top of the carboy and the airlock with a clean towel and star san solution. I also sprayed the top of the carboy down with star san, some for sure went in the carboy... So I guess the question is:

A. Will the star san be bad for my beer?

B. Should I have just left the whole thing alone haha?

Cheers!

You should be fine, a little bit of star San won't kill your beer. Maybe next time plan for a blow off by having a blowoff tube instead of the airlock, makes life easier.
