Keep in mind that temperature and desired level of carb will change that. BeerSmith, Promash etc all have calculators for this, or check: http://www.tastybrew.com/calculators/priming.html However they all go by weight.

Blender Well-Known Member Joined Jan 6, 2006 Messages 3,106 Reaction score 10 Location Santa Cruz, CA. Aug 23, 2008 #5 Boil it up just like priming sugar. Don't be surprised if it takes 4-5 weeks to carbonate.
