Carafa 2 porter

I have base malt, carafa 2, carmunich, abbey and a little bit of rye malt.

Can I use all the above for a porter recipe?

Jump in on it, i have some carafa 3 and was wondering if it would be out of place.

Well...from what I've seen all of Sam Adams Porters use their base malt, 60L Crystal, Munich, and Carafa...no other roasted malt. Try one of their porters and if you like then it'll probably work out for you.
