Aromatic simple IPA.
20 liters batch.
7 kg. 2 Raw
0.4 kg. Munich malt.
O.G 1075
F.G. 1016
Hops:
30 g. Calypso 60 min.
15 g. Simcoe 15 min.
After the boil:
40 g. Amarillo Steep 30 min. 180 F.
60 g. Simcoe Steep 30 min 180 F.
Dry hop 7 days.
60 g. Amarillo
50 g, Citra

I have hops available:
Calypso 110 g. 14.9 AA
Citra 55 g. 13 AA
Simcoe 110 g. 12.6 AA
Amarillo 110g. 7.7 AA

Looks great to me. Lots of pine and citrus, plus the citra will give you some floral grapefruit flavors. It MIGHT be a little busy with all those different flavors, but it will probably be great. If I was doing it, I'd steep at 170F and consider doing a FWH with those Calypso hops as you'll retain some of their flavors that way as well, but that's totally up to you. I'd also consider a 2-stage dry hop, half for 3 days and then the other half for another 3 days.

All totally up to you, I think you've got a good thing going there.
