can i do partical mash with hoped kits?

i cant get unhoped malt here but i can get saaz hops can i do a partical mash with it and can i use somthing eles other than corn sugar? What i meen is can i just use malt insted of suger?

A partial mash implies the use of a grain, not malt extract.

In any case, it is 99% of the time advisable to use malt extract instead of sugar to add fermentables to your wort. You'll have better body as well as flavor.

ok thanks i seen a lot of writings in here about particals and malt i thought it ment useing malt kits and hops to make a mash
