Can I cold crash and still bottle condition?

There will still be plenty of yeast in suspension for bottle carbing. Unless of course you cold crash for a few months.
 
Oh yeah, you'll be fine. Crash it for a couple of days, and when you rack you can always try to suck up a little extra yeast, though that would slightly defeat the purpose of the cold crash in the first place, but it has other uses like reducing chill haze.
