Bug ID?

I am in Tampa Florida, anyone know what kind of bugs these are? I took this photo after removing the leaf from the plant and spraying it with Organocide, so that is the liquid you see in the photo.

Are they alive and moving looking like that?

It almost looks like pupating ladybugs? Of course if that was the case they would be stationary. Although they look a bit small to be that.

If thats the case let them be, they are helping(or trying too!)

In the photo they are dead or dying so not moving. However, before I sprayed the leaf they where indeed moving but not very fast and looked the same.

They are much smaller than the ladybugs pictured above.

Lace Bugs. Not too much of a concern, spraying was not a bad idea though.
