Hello all!
I am a noobie from the great state of Ohio, well.....originally from Jersey, but been in Ohio for 14 years now. Been brewing of and on for years now, mostly extract, but I have made full mash with friends before. I love me a good Pale and/or a Stout. I just recently upgraded to kegging system. Mainly because of the whole "time to market" thing.
So I am sure to learn much from this forum, and maybe make some new friends.
