I brewed a saison yesterday and pitched a rehydrated pack of Belle Saison around 4pm.
I then realized my lid grommet was loose. No big deal, just covered with lid and an airlock.
The problem is I don't know if fermentation has started. I can see through the hole and even take a pic (attached)
Does it look like fermentation has started?
