ok, here is a quick one. we were bottling and between bottles the tube filled up with air... of course the air went out first when filling the next bottle... should i worry about the beer being screwed up with oxygen? Also... at times there were bubbles in my siphon hose when racking to the bottling bucket.. would this screw it up? thanks!

It is not optimal. You could get some oxidation but most likely the yeast will take up what little was there when they eat the priming sugar.

I would not worry over it too much. If you are worried about it, mark the bottles in question and drink them first! :)
