Brewing up a brown ale as gifts for the holidays. Thoughts?

OG 1.052

77% Pale Ale
7% Caramel 40L
5% Aromatic
5% Biscuit
5% Flaked Oats
2% Chocolate

Warrior @ 60 for 20IBUs
Mash @ 152
Wyeast 1968 Fermented @ 68
 
Recipe looks okay. You might be cutting it a bit fine on the time to ferment, condition, and bottle before the holiday though.

I've been doing pretty quick turn around these days. With a healthy pitch and temperature control, its not too hard to go grain to glass in 14 days. I'll be force kegging and filling some stainless growlers that I got as part of the gift.

My last brown was ~10% caramel... would you up the 40L?
