If I have whole hops in a boil it's OK to squeeze isn't it? Not the malt but the whole hop cone ??? You have 2 hours to reply LOL

That is what I have done in the past but I figured I should ask! WHEW!

I've never had any negative results from doing so, so I'll continue to do it.
No matter how much I squeeze, there is always wort in them still. Couldn't imagine how much I'd lose if I didn't.
