A Belgian blonde Ale.... 9 lbs dingermans pilsner... 1/2 lb weyermann malt . 2 oz Styrian goldings bittering...+1oz Styrian goldings finishing. Yeast 1214 Belgian ale yeast in a starter...
Any particular style? What yeast?

If 3787, be sure to use a blowoff lol
 
Sounds tasty. Do you heat your fermenter?

I'd like to do some Belgian beers this summer. I was reading 3724 Belgian Saison needs like 90F temps, and I want to repeat a Westy clone (3787) in the 80s, so waiting for it to warm up.
 
3 hrs start to finish all grain Belgian ale ! Got to love it ...

No this yeast works at normal ale temps. So it says... I'll see... RDWHAHB
