Ni,

I'm fairly new at brewing...only 4 batches under the belt...brewing extract so far....

I did by à 10 gallon kettle and I want to boil à full batch....as I have an electric stove, it's almost impossible to bring 7 gallons to a full boil.

I bought à burner and decidedmto brew outside....I live in quebec and winter is already here....32F outside....

It's been 2 and à half hour that the kettle is on the burner and it has not yet come to a full boil....

Any advice?

Thanks

Paque

Are you sure you have the burner set properly? I'm assuming you're using a propane burner? You want to make sure you're only seeing a blue flame. It should boil if you have enough BTUs.
