Just mashed in,very excited!!!!Here's the recipe,basic pale ale.


10#Marris Otter
.5#90
.5# carapils
.5#biscuit malt
3oz 60(hey,its all i had,lol)
1oz cascades fwh
.25oz Simcoe 60 min
.5ozwilliamette 10 min
.5 oz williamette 0min
 
I love FWH! I thought about doing that yesterday for my pale ale but just went on with original recipe!

Will do.I've read up on fwh quite a bit lately.Since I was in an experimental mood,I also pulled a quart of mash and brought to a boil.I did this twice.Some kinda weird decoction,lol.
