Hi all. I have a brewhemoth and use the coil chiller and 24 inch temp probe. Problem is this last time (2nd batch in new fermenter) I realized the temp of the wort going into the fermenter was 58f. Once the temp probe for the controller was in there and water flowing in the coil chiller my temp was reading 10f more! Obviously my temp probe if reading the coil temp! Even when putting the sensor on the side it wasnt any bit accurate. Frustrated I didnt get an ectra thermowrll welded near the bottom..
