Brewer's caramel source in the U.S.?

I'd like to use brewer's caramel from time to time. Years ago I tried to find sources in the U.S., to no avail. Just wondering if anyone has ever had any luck here in the States?

Hi Lumpher, thanks. I did see that, but the brewer's caramel I'm looking for adds nothing but color. It looks to me like this stuff is an actual flavoring ingredient.

Thanks. I wasn't aware you could get the smaller quantities of Sinamar from Williams, so that's great. I can't recall because it's been so long but I did get some Brupak caramel, and I'm almost positive it was from Happy Brewer. I've queried them to check in on whether they still ship to the U.S. and will also look into the hopshop, thanks.

I have never found a source in the US. I had to buy from the UK and shipping was far more than the product cost. If you go that route however a bottle will last you a lifetime. The shop I bought mine from is no longer in business but it is available here...

(a note for others reading this - Brewers Caramel has been used by UK brewers for over 100 years as a coloring agent. It adds no flavor and has no fermentable sugars. All it does is adjust color. There are even stories of some brewers making one pale beer and selling it as bitter or pale ale... adding brewers caramel and calling it porter.)
