Brewer's Best English Brown

Have this in my primary (17 days now, gravity is stable and bottling this weekend). Had a taste and so far it's better than anticipated. Just wondering whateveryone else's experience has been.

Just cracked my first open yesterday after only being in bottles a week and man the carbonation was great! I had it in primary for just 14 days. I thought it was smooth and drinkable with a definite call to Newcastle. L'chaim!

Kind of hard to go wrong with their kits (Brewers Best). I sometimes use different yeast or add ingredients, just something to enhance, not to change the original type of beer in the kit. I made the holiday ale kit in November and I thought it was a little too spicy, came in at 7%.
