The batch was 7 barrels and last night tied for third place at a local tasting of 20+ brewers and 50+ beers. Cleaning up 500 pounds of grain wasn't a lot of fun. Here is the recipe, add the strawberry puree after four days when fermentation is mostly complete

12.0 oz Corn, Flaked (1.3 SRM) Grain 6 7.5 %
12.0 oz Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 7 7.5 %
8.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 8 5.0 %
1.00 oz Mt. Hood [5.10 %] - First Wort 60.0 min Hop 9 21.7 IBUs
8.00 oz Malto-Dextrine (Boil 5.0 mins) Other 10 -
1.00 oz Willamette [4.20 %] - Boil 0.0 min Hop 11 0.0 IBUs
1.0 pkg Cream Ale Yeast Blend (White Labs #WLP080) [50.28 ml] Yeast 12 -
