Brewed a vanilla wiezen, super excited. I pitched to early and killed the yeast. Luckily I had an extra pack and pitched that one, coming along great! Smells of bananas, will put the vanilla bean in secondary along with a few drops of vanilla extract.

Premature flocculation. Happens to the best of us when we get a little too excited and pitch too early. Glad you were able to save it!
