Brew stand burner woes

Recently got a brewstand with jet burners. Since I got it, I'm getting a very dirty flame without the clean blue I am used to. The center of the burner almost has a candle like quality. Additionally the flames cascade on the sides of the pot. I've attached some pics...

Thoughts?

Adjust the air intake shutter on the Venturi & turn the gas flow down.

No Venturi or air adjustment available. They are jet burners

You will need to remove the round shield from around the jet burner. You might also have to drop the burner down some. I had this same issue.

It is jetted for the gas you're using?

Yes it was designed for propane
