Are you having all surface mount conduit?
Yep
Are you having all surface mount conduit?
That's going to look really nice.
Yep. The back of the new room is approximately at daylight while the front of the room is approximately at the grade of the existing driveway. There was a retaining wall there so it was either bring in a bunch of fill or dig it out for a room. Both options cost money so we might as well get some use out of it. Originally we had planned a different configuration for the brewing setup but when the builder said the room under the garage is an option, we said go for it.Haha! I had no idea that room was built into a decent grade! Cool!
Cheers!
Really, depends on how the builder bribed the authorities.fwiw that's code here. I'd expect it to be commonly required elsewhere...
Cheers!
Especially easy, relatively writing, when done outside. Years later, not so easy.Ugh. That'd suck. Doubly because prevention is so effin' trivial!
A large part of the waterproofing/dampproofing regs in MA were the result of what mold exposure can do to families...
Cheers!
Uh, what?I've learned "Professionals" is a misnomer. No one, no one, will do a better job then us. However, the problem is we may not know know to accomplish something.
Uh, what?
I swear, the longer I am on the Internet, the less I understand people.
Yeah, I talked to the builder and he said basically the same thing. Fill the void with backer rod and then vulkem or something similar to seal over it.
