Braided Expandable Sleeving

The most unrelated beer question on here, but has to do with building a kit per Kals instructions..

So I bought this wire, as it was cheaper than locally:

It is listed as having an outside diameter of 0.66 in. (16.764 mm).

Now I am looking at some cheap braided sleeving, which I found here:

My question is what size do I get? How much does it expand. Should I get the 12mm or the 15mm.. I want it to be a nice tight fit, but I am not sure how much the 12mm will expand, or will the 15mm not expand enough and still be loose?

It usually expands quite a bit so no worries there. I would recommend getting whatever size I recommend in my instructions. A lot of work went into finding the right size.
