I went to the flea market today and bought 20lbs of apples for $5!!!!!! And about 7 lbs or pears for $4 now I'm wondering what to do recipe wise! Any suggestions guys? I couldn't pass up the deal!!!

Just got one for the wife for our anniversary and starting to think ill use it more. Juicing is going to revolutionize the beer industry!

I would juice both the apples and pears into a carboy. Cortland apples alone will probably result in a rather thin cider, but the pears should give both depth and flavor. Mix in some pectic enzyme and pitch in your yeast of choice.
