So long story short, I am forced to carb a very strong beer I made in a keg. I in the end wish the beer to end up bottled. So, beer gets carbed, is cold, I bottle beer from keg.
Can I now bring the bottles back up to room temp for flavor aging or will this affect the taste or carbing?

Thanks for your help,
Doug

Did you already fill the bottles? If you did, did you pre-evacuate them with co2?

In either case carbonated beer in a bottle is carbonated beer in a bottle. The carbonation doesn't remember how it got there.

Thanks for the replies guys. I have not bottled them yet. The beer is still in the 2ndary and has been for 6 weeks(ish) and no real rush to bottle just getting mentally prepared. It will in the end be a 13% plus strong ale that will need some good long bottle aging. I do now own a blickman bottling gun but have yet too use it.
