Bottling for travel

Hey all, I am going on vacation this week and want to take some of my beer. My plan is to bottle from my keg into 1 liter swing top bottles. My question is, is it absolutely necessary to keep it cold the whole trip? I will be driving over 2 days to my destination and was hoping I could bottle it and re-chill it when I get there. Any thoughts? Thanks and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No worries. Once it's bottled, warming and re-chilling is fine.
