I cold crashed my IPA for three days and I'm now ready to bottle. Should I let it return to room temp prior to bottling. I'm looking at all the priming calculators and I'm seeing that temp is important for the priming addition. I'll be storing the beer in the basement as it carbs, which is about 55-60 deg. So what temp do I use for the calculator. I'm sure this question has been asked about a thousand times, but I couldn't find it.

Also, how many vols? 1.9 seems like the median for an IPA. Have you guys had good luck at that number?

Lastly, how long does the carbing take?
