Bottling Bucket Confusion

I am on midwestsupplies.com website and have a cart going trying to get back into brewing. I am going with the red tip bottle filler with the 5/16'' line as I do not want much spillage. Back in the old days, they sold these bottling buckets preassembled. Now you have to order each part individually.

Will the spigot they sale for the bucket fit the tubing for the bottle filler? The spigot says to "Attach 3/8'' I.D. tubing and your bottle filler for easy bottling." As I said, my bottle filler says to use 5/16'' and the other one they sell (the black tip) says use 1/2''. I am utterly confused

Any help is welcomed!

You should be able to get 5/16 tubing onto a 3/8 barb. You may need to swage it a bit. Better too tight than too loose.
