I'm bottling this weekend and wanted to get a little advice if you have it. First off, it's been several years since I've done this and current bottling environment is a bit "sensitive" (read as: Hey! Watch that mess you're making!!". I have an infant at home, so the temp in the house is a balmy 73F, I've been trying to keep my fermenter cool with damp shirts and making sure no extraneous lights are on and have been somewhat successful. But when I bottle and store the beer, it will be located in rubbermaid containers in a warmer (73-75F) albeit dark location. What should I expect?
