Hey everyone,
So this is my second batch of homebrew and I am going to be ready to bottle next week. My question is this: A cold front just came through and being the poor college student that I am I have not turned on the heat in my house. So for the last couple of nights the temp in my house has dropped to about 50 degrees F or so. Will I still have enough viable yeast in the beer to bottle condition even after a drop in temp or will I need to add some more yeast for priming/bottling?
Thanks alot!
