I brewed a Rye IPA yesterday. I used roughly 7oz of hops, most of which were late additions. I plan to dry hop an adittional 3oz. I would guess bottling in about four weeks, say first week of April. Comp is in Mid May. I imagine I am good. Any advice or opinions?
